Conference Call Recording

For use with your own bridge line. Three-way your 1 hour call into our recording line. We will do preliminary editing (equalization of levels, clean up intro and outro, background noise reduction, division of file into easily downloadable sections).

Additional editing is available at $35/hr. This is to extract extraneous words such as "uh", or loud breaths in the recording, or extraneous noises (such as a dog barking). Please understand that background noises cannot be completely eliminated when they occur while a person is talking; however, they can be eliminated from the silences between speech. We can also mix in music in the intro and outro.

Master CD

Single Master CD for your audio project. This is for 1 data cd only, and not an audio CD. Includes Shipping and Handling.

If you desire audio CD masters of your project, you will need to increase the quantity of this item once you add it to your shopping cart. Please check with Penny Haynes for the total number of CDs required to cover your individual project(s), as an audio CD only holds 79 minutes of audio.

Teleconference Recording Line

15 person teleconference line - with or without recording capabilities. $10.50/hr for use of the line (1 hour minimum), $25 to record and download the recording. Minimum fee for line + recording is $35.50. (To order teleconference WITHOUT recording, select the option below.) Customer receives MP3 recording with or without editing. The link to download the recording will be emailed to you.

You can select the option of basic editing, for a $35 flat fee, which will include evening the sound levels, basic noise reduction, and creating a starting and ending point. Fine-Tooth-Comb Editing, which makes the speaker sound smooth and polished, removes stutters, "um" and "uh", unintentional pauses and unwanted phrases, is $35/hr, with a 1 hour minimum. A fine tooth comb review and edit averages 3 times the length of the recording, i.e. a 1 hour recording would require 3 hours of fine-tooth-comb editing.

WebConference

Utilize our Webconference room. You can upload powerpoint presentations and record your seminars on audio, text, and it records the web pages that you move to during your presentation. Together, they create a multi-media project you can use anywhere.

Fee includes training on the web conference room.

After your first free recording, you just pay for the minutes that you or your customers use. $1.00 per unedited minute, with a $5.00 minimum.

For professionally edited audio mixed with music, it's only $2.00 per minute, with a $10.00 minimum. Sample 1. Sample 2.

For clients with more than 25 minutes per month, we offer a $25.00 unlimited minutes plan, which you can select either on a continual subscription basis, or just a once-in-a-while basis. Editing is just $1.00 per minute with a $5.00 minimum. Just select the desired option from the second drop down box.

Activation begins with your second recording, and will include a one-time $10.00 setup fee which will include a professionally narrated introduction on your recording line.
